Many students are heading to developed countries like Australia, Canada and United States for higher studies like MS and PhD from Asia and particularly India. From my experience of the last year, from preparing for GRE, creating SOP, preparing my application to choosing universities and getting visa, I’ll be creating this series of posts for MS in the USA with some posts of universities of Canada where one of my college friend has headed to.

In this post, I’m listing top universities in the USA for MS course. As you must know that GRE is required for a good MS course, this list is for the students who have GRE score between 305 and 315. However, please note that GRE is just one part of the story. If you’ve a better GRE but overall application isn’t quite as good, you might wanna consider applying to a university that requires lesser GRE score and vice versa.

The universities I’ve listed should not be looked at as in any particular order. Please check their ranks on US News, QS Top Universities and Forbes for rankings. Ranks given in this post are as on the post’s last update date. The title of each university links to official university webpage.
